If you choose to whiten your teeth at home, we will take moulds of your top and bottom teeth from which customised whitening trays are then made. You will fill the trays with the whitening gel and wear them at night, or for a few hours during the day depending on your preference. Home whitening is a gradual process, but results are normally seen over 1-2 weeks and will last for up to 2 years before a top up is required.
