If you have any concerns you can contact any member of the team at MP Dental Practice by letter, phone or in person.

Any written complaint will be acknowledged within 48 hours.

Any complaint will be investigated and a response made within 2 weeks.

Mrs Knock and Mr Marway are the Complaints Managers at MP Dental Practice.
